Self Hypnosis for Childbirth: A comprehensive workshop over five two and a half hour sessions giving you and your partner the tools to enable you to experience a natural childbirth. Included in the workshop are a full set of notes covering all techniques taught on the workshop plus a CD containing natural childbirth suggestions.

A workshop designed to enable you to tap into the power of the subconscious mind which will enable you to enhance your life in various ways, learn to manage pain, build your self confidence, enhance your sporting abilities. What you can achieve with self hypnosis is only limit by your imagination. Each person attending will receive a certificate plus a set of handouts covering the techniques used and a self hypnosis CD.

The workshop can be run over a weekend or 5 evenings of two and a half hours depending on group size.

Discovering The Warrior Within.

Discover how to unleash your true potential through the use of four powerful tools utilizing Tai Chi, Self Hypnosis, Autogenics and Neuro Linguistic Programming.

This workshop will run over two days consisting of 5 hrs each day inclusive of breaks. Each day will be very hands on and experiential.

Day One:-  will consist of a short form Tai Chi which when learned can be carried out in five to ten minutes depending on how slow you wish to practice. The health benefits of Tai Chi are reduced blood pressure, better balance, stronger bones, relaxed mind and body and can aid in the reduction of type two diabetes. Self-Hypnosis:- you will learn how to enter hypnosis through various techniques, which will enable you to overcome certain fears and emotions that you may have, reduce pain and eliminate unwanted habits.

Day 2:- You will learn how to utilize the power of Autogenics which will enable you to exert some control over your physiological processes, learn to recognize the signs and symptoms of tension and be able to reduce their effect on your life. Once learned you will be able to use Autogenics whenever you start to feel tense; for a few minutes at your desk, on the bus or subway, before going to sleep at night, or at anytime you set aside during the day. You will also be introduced to Neuro-Linguistic Programming a powerful technique for reprogramming the mind. Using a few of the methods you will be able to create the future you want to create by clearing away any blockages which may be holding you back, overcome self limiting beliefs and rid your self of excess baggage which you have been carrying around.

Mind Detox.

 

A half day workshop which will introduce you to the why's and where's of how we accumulate negative conditioning leading to poor self-esteem, anger, low self-image, frustration and anger.

Through the workshop you will learn how to clean away those self limiting beliefs, clear away the cobwebs of past unnecessary outdated emotions and boost your self confidence positive self talk and personal wellbeing.

 

All workshops are run in a easy to understand professional manner with limited numbers so you get the most out of your experiences. Light refreshments are provided on all workshops. You will also receive notes and CD's relevant to each workshop to enable you to carry on with what you have learned in your own time.
